Let me preface by saying this was a last minute trip booking to meet up family who were traveling to Rome for Easter. The building is very dark inside on check in. There is jo elevator and you just go up a narrow stairwell to reach the apartment. The host was responsive during check in via WhatsApp. No one present for check in. The key to the door was difficult to use but Alessandra responded my phone call and guided me to open it. The room was very dark, unlike the pictures. The kitchen is incredibly small, smaller than the bathroom, but ok to make breakfast and coffee in the mornings. The size of the apartment overall is small but was ok for our family of 4 staying out mostly with our other family. The mattress on the king bed was uneven, hard, and uncomfortable to sleep on. This definitely needs a change. The other mattress was also firm but not uneven. The location is excellent! There is a mini grocery store right across to meet your needs and a pharmacy around the corner to buy toiletries which are not included. Only downside is that the streets are loud and kept waking me up at night. The temperature was kept comfortable but we were there when the weather was cooler.This is what I would consider a budget property despite its inflated price tag. We stayed four nights and only stayed because of proximity to our relatives. I hope this helps someone else booking here.
