The check-in was excellent, with very good instructions. Especially arriving late to the property. Rooms where very good, with good amenities. The communal area was well catered, with a fridge (no fridge in the rooms), microwave and utensils. Overall, happy with the reservation.

Everything about this stay was good except I was surprised to find it not to be an actual hotel. Other than that the accommodations were totally modernized. There are a number of places to eat within a block. And reasonably located within walking distance of the Colosseum.

Okay accommodation

The place is in a good location. We found it easy to get around- 10 minute walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the nearest hop on and off bus, 15-20 minute walk to the colosseum. The room is nice and modern but very thin walls and noisy. It is apart of a block of apartments with dogs and children so night time was noisy especially when you have been awake for 20 hours. The bed was not changed during our stay but that’s okay. There is a wardrobe and desk in the room with a coffee machine but we only got a coffee pod when we arrived after that I think we had to buy our own. It would have been nice to have a little fridge in the room as we felt uncomfortable with the communal fridge as we don’t know who was staying in the accommodation. The doors buzz going in to the room so please be mindful of others staying. Also entry to the accommodation buzzes loudly! Which woke me up every time someone entered. When we arrived at the accommodation nobody greeted us and we could not get in. A local opened the door for us, and told us to come in he let us in our room but could only speak Italian- I think it may have been the cleaners son? This stressed me out thinking how do we get in and out as we had no codes. An hour later a gentleman came and knocked on our door and greeted us- I really wish that they would have been there when we arrived. As at this moment I was distressed as we couldn’t leave the room as we didn’t have codes. he took payment never saw them again.

Large Clean Single Room

Great single room with lots of room that's clean and was cleaned daily,this guest house is 5 minutes to the train station Manzoni and trams,I was allowed to leave my luggage after checkout.
