This cosy garden suite of approx. 43m² is divided into two bedrooms with double beds (each 160cm wide), a bathroom and a beautiful open space living room with modern kitchen.

The living room has, among other things, a 130cm wide sofa bed and can therefore be used by up to 5 people.

The garden with terrace is ideal to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated and is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, smart TV, wifi, modern kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher etc and a modern bathroom with walk in shower.



The proximity to station San Pietro is very convenient for the connection to and from the airport and Termini station. We have, however to inform you that the train passes close by and you might hear it from the apartment!

Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. On request, I can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport which costs less than a normal taxi. The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 6,00 EUR per guest per night, parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on the terrace in the garden with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside!

The apartment will be available by 14h. Check in can also be done earlier by putting your bags in the office. the guest will then be informed when the apartment is ready

Steps away there is also Castel S. Angelo, St. Peter, the Vatican, the shopping area of Via Cola di Rienzo, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Farnese and all the historic centre.
