Decent stay, but room was not like photo

The staff were friendly, but the room looked nothing like the photos online. The location worked for us and it was decent enough to just stay. The toilet was facing a corner wall that stuck out, so had to sit sideways on the toilet, then the toilet would wobble and the seal came off and flooded the floor. The shower was good. It'd be nicer to know what the room looked like beforehand, and not feel like it was misrepresented. Good walking distance to colosseum.

The property was pretty basic … no fridge or kettle in room . I like to drink hot tea or coffee first thing in the morning. I’ve never stayed in Italy so I don’t know if this is normal or not to supply these things . To buy coffee in italy it’s horrible I don’t think they use hot water . The room was cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels in the shower room .

Nice location, within a couple of blocks of a metro station and 15 min. walk to the Termini (main train) terminal. Convenient 1.5 block walk to the grocery store and 2 block walk to a few cafe's. Going through exterior renovations and our room had already been renovated with new paint, lighting, restroom, interior upgrades, etc.

Our room was double booked when we arrived and we had a dirty room for 4 nights and not told our room was ready the second day so it made our holiday not so good

Perfect for a city break

The hotel is in the process of refurbishing all the rooms ( so it’s looks a lot better then the photos) The room we had was almost complete, it had all the basic essentials - bathrooms has been done up nice, it was clean. The air conditioning unit was not connected yet and there was one lose wire. Overall, the location of the property was really good - we could walk to all of the main sites/attractions. The hotel staff were friendly in helping us out with anything.

Avoid this hotel at all cost we had money stolen from our locked room they refused to call the police for us they just laught we ended up going to find the police station ourselves the next day they refused to speak we us Even the police said it was a inside job for the room to be locked up again and the area is not the best of areas .

Central location, reasonable cost-effective room

Good central location, many attractions including Colloseum at walking distance. Roma Termini and Manzoni metro at walking distance. Room itself was very basic yet clean (for the price you pay for it, the facilities are reasonable). Air-conditioning in good working order. Receptionist (Tariq) was very polite and helped us arrange taxi to the airport at 3AM.

Remember it's a ONE ⭐️ hotel

Hot water never got hot. At the most it was mild. No fridge in the room but did have an AC! Which was a surprise. No lift in the building. The rooms are off the staircase so you do hear alot of footsteps. The free breakfast is not even provided by the hotel, its sub-contracted to a coffee shop long the street, which includes a tea/coffee and one pastry.

Close to metro

The motel is very close to the metro and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But, the room was very old and needed to be updated. The bedding was very old and needed to be replaced. We had to walk through the office to get to our room #11.

Budget hotel for short stay

Stay was Ok. We have been given in 2nd floor and my friend was in 3rd floor. No lift facility available, climbing on the stairs was bit hectic (after your long walk in Colosseum and Roman Forum). Voucher was given for breakfast in near by café shop. You don't have many items to choose, only pastries are given. Not much choice. It's a partially open bathroom (though it is private inside the room) and toilet door was not closing properly. Room is very compact but clean.

The area was not good, the bed had a massive dip in it and couldnt sleep, staff grumbled at us about breakfast was somewhere else not on the site, no lift. We moved hotels. It was very very clean and it is rated 1 star.

Stay away!

The hotel was dirty, noisy, and in a location that was a bit intimidating to walk at night. The room was very cheap, but just disgusting. While we were there, our toilet and sink clogged, and our room was not cleaned every day. Our room was actually downstairs next to the check in desk, and consequently very noisy. On our first night, the female employee who was at the desk seemed to have a lot of people coming and visiting her. She and her visitors talked and laughed until around 3:30am. Then at 6:30, people began checking out. I literally had to sleep with my headphones and music on all night to get any sleep. Our room resembled a bomb shelter. On a positive note, the two males who worked in the hotel were great and very helpful. Additionally, our room's AC was great!

Good for a quick, cheap stay

The hotel owner was really nice, and the included breakfast is a plus. The neighborhood is a little sketchy at night, but the location is close to the main train station and a quick 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, which was very convenient. The hotel is fairly old so you should probably have more of a hostel mindset going in, but it wasn't dirty. I thought it was fine for the low price I paid, and I kind of expected this seeing the other reviews.

Hotel is good cost/benefit. Nearby Termini, metro station, some good options to eat. Bathtub is small but is ok. Staff is friendly.
