Clean, comfortable, beautiful room for family. The building is old, but the apartments are modern and stylish. Great showers. The housekeeper did an excellent job. Having two bathrooms was really convenient with a child. The location is fantastic. In a side street near the Spanish Steps, so it was quiet but in the middle of everything. Tons of great restaurants nearby—Unik is a standout. For a bit cheaper, try Cantina Belsiana. Amarena has the best gelato. One thing to note—it’s an old property in a neighborhood that is all cobblestone streets. Taxis/ride shares stop at least a block away, and there is no elevator, so we had to drag our suitcases a few blocks and up 2 flights of stairs. This is probably standard in this part of town—just be warned that you might struggle if you have mobility issues. For everyone else, I highly recommend. We loved it.

Location was great! Beautiful plaza right outside for an amazing view from your room. Apartment was so nice with vaulted ceilings and big bathrooms and comfortable beds. Lots of room for our family of five.

This property is beautiful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pictures of the room were spot on. We had a great stay. If you are traveling with your family mind the amount each person spends in the shower. The hot water is limited. The only negative is the WiFi. It stinks. But the room was so nice and spacious we didn’t really care. There are tons of shops and restaurants right by the room. The Spanish steps are so close. If you drive a car the parking garage is too far to walk with suitcases. Grab an uber. (Speaking of uber they are very fast and reliable in Rome!)

Nice but hot

The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants. Apartment was spacious and well maintained. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. The coolest setting didn’t work maybe because of very high ceilings and rooms were big, they should replace the AC units with more powerful ones. Other than that I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Katerina was incredibly attentive—helping us with our luggage and making us feel welcome right away. She offered great tips for our tours and recommended some wonderful local spots to visit. Throughout our stay, Katerina remained very responsive to any questions we had, which made everything so much easier. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—convenient to everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent service and a great location!

A beautiful updated apartment in the heart of Rome city center. The location is perfect for exploring all the main attractions and easy access to everything you need in Rome. I would not recommended driving as it is on a pedestrian only street. Checkin was quick and easy, and while there wasn't a receptionist onsite during our stay, there was a contact number for assistance if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would return on our next trip to Rome.

I didn't know what to expect renting a large apartment in Rome, but I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It was very spacious. It was very clean and it was very modern. Also had air conditioning throughout the whole place. Plenty of restrooms. It was right in the heart of shopping in Rome walking distance to many dining options and many ancient sites that you would want to visit while you're in Rome. We arrived super early ahead of check in time contacted the apartments and they sent somebody to meet us and check us in right away. I honestly could not imagine a better stay in Rome and was very happy with these apartments. If I had to say anything against it, the only thing I would say is that the bed was very hard. My wife loves a hard mattress. I prefer a soft so that's really just a personal preference Overall an amazing stay and if we ever find our way back to Rome, I would absolutely book these apartments again.

This was an incredible place to spend our time in Rome and we hope when we come back, we can stay at the same place. We had family in Rome at other hotels and when they saw ours, they wished they had listened and stayed at our place, thank you to all the staff for their wonderful patience and help. It is so near wonderful restaurants but down a little road out of the craziness.
