Welcome to our elegant flat 'Casa Garibaldi' located in the heart of Rome, on Via Merulana, overlooking the Colle Oppio. The flat is located on the sixth floor of a historic building dating back to the late 19th century and offers plenty of natural light and a cosy atmosphere that will give you an authentic Roman experience. Convenience is at your fingertips, as the iconic Colosseum is only a 5-minute walk away and the vibrant Monti district is only 8 minutes away.

The flat, located on the top floor (with lift available from the 1st floor), has been recently renovated preserving the original soul of the house. It comprises a large bright entrance hall thanks to its double exposure. The kitchen, fully equipped with oven, washing machine and dishwasher, is located immediately to the right. The bathroom, featuring a small tub inspired by Roman baths, is adjacent. The bedroom on the right offers a comfortable double bed, 4k TV with Netflix, two suitcase holders and access to the walk-in wardrobe. The living room on the left has a private balcony overlooking the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni in Laterano, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The flat offers a unique fusion of 1970s Italian design and modern pieces, creating an eclectic ambience.

Casa Garibaldi is located on Monte di Colle Oppio, just opposite the Esquilino district. Via Merulana is one of the oldest streets in Rome, connecting the Lateran Basilica of San Giovanni and the Papal Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The district is very lively and offers all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, bars, museums and theatres. Esquilino is a multicultural district and you can enjoy a wide variety of international cuisines. Walking around the streets you will have the feeling of being a little bit in Berlin, New York or Paris.

Giulia and Simone's apartment in Monti offers everything you would expect from a very nice vacation home. The apartment is bright and nicely furnished and the view over the rooftops is great. The location is ideal and there are good restaurants and a variety of bakeries and stores in the area. Giulia and Simone have put together a guide with thoughtful explanations of the apartment and very good recommendations for restaurants and cafes. Fantastisch, stil appartement!

Wow, dit is echt wel een pareltje. Alles is aanwezig voor een korte en lange vakantie. Wij hebben vooral enorm genoten van de rust die neerdaalt in het appartement. We hebben al verschillende grote steden gedaan, maar nog nooit zo een stilte ervaren. Slapen was hierdoor ook zalig!!!! De gastheren zijn ook makkelijk te bereiken en antwoorden binnen de kortste keren. Doe zo voort :-)

Neu und geschmackvoll renovierte mit schönen Retroobjekten dekorierte Wohnung. Tolle Küche, schickes Bad, bequemes Bett. Geräumig… und eine schöne Aussicht. Oberstes Stockwerk mit Aufzug problemlos zu erreichen. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf vor der Haustüre. Super Anbindung an die Öffentlichen. Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter und ich war jeden Tag froh und dankbar, dass wir eine so schöne Unterkunft hatten! Danke auch an Simone und Giulia, sie haben auf Anfragen immer schnell reagiert und waren stets hilfsbereit!
