Had to pay per person not per night!

We needed one night near the airport so I booked a king bed room for our honeymoon. When we arrived we were charged and additional $50 Euro to have two people in the room in addition to the city tax. All the front desk person could say was you pay per person not per room. This was not how the booking was listed. We were charged for everything... internet was charged by the hour. Felt like a complete scam.

Very nice hotel, a little disappointed as no pool

Absolutely enjoyed my stay.....loved how clean the hotel was as I am an OCD freak....the staff were extremely heplful and friendly......this will be the hotel I'll be staying next time I visit.

Camera molto spaziosa, ma televisore a tubo catodico :( , doccia piccola, materassi a molle vecchi e schiacciati, aria condizionata insufficiente con 34° esterni, vicinissimo alla metro C in 10 minuti si va al centro di Roma

Personale cordiale ed efficiente abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera e subito hanno rusolto. Appena arrivati il titolare grandissimo signore che con un simpatico accento romano esclama all'operatore della reception " e questi chi so". L'operatore imbarazzato non risponde. La struttura è abbastanza grande andrebbe un po' migliorata e modernizzata. Deludente ed orrenda la colazione. Sconsiglio assolutamente la crostata col cioccolato.

Il peggior albergo in cui sia mai stata. Oltre al essere proprio fuori Roma, quindi difficilissimo da raggiungere se non si ha la macchina, la stanza era diversa da quella richiesta, non c’era il riscaldamento e nel mini frigo c’erano gli scarafaggi !!! Nel momento della prenotazione c’era scritto che nel prezzo era inclusa anche una navetta gratuita che ci sarebbe venute a prendere e ci avrebbe portate dalla stazione all’albergo sia all’andata che al ritorno, non è stato così. La navetta è su prenotazione ed è a pagamento. Il personale è stato scortese e maleducato e se ne sono lavati le mani quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni. Per finire la colazione faceva davvero schifo, sono stata male per 2 giorni. Non ci tornerò mai più e spero che prima o poi lo chiudano perché non merita affatto 4 stelle. È stato un furto di soldi e una presa per il ccc...!!! Vorrei indietro fino all’ultimo centesimo

Non credo di tornarci.

in generale l'hotel si presenta vecchio. La pulizia in camera è migliorabile. Le lenzuola usurate e con dei buchi peggiorano la situazione. Il frigobar presente in camera è chiuso a chiave e nessuno mi ha avvisato ne chiesto se volevo usufruirne. La zona la ritengo pratica per le mie esigenze.
