The front door of the building is accessed by climbing a ramp of 8 steps and the entrance to the apartment is in the entrance hall. The apartment consists of a bright bedroom, a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with large masonry shower and a study with a wardrobe capable of accommodating everything you need.
The apartment is enriched with some interesting details: first the hidden garden, protected like a pearl in the oyster, a large garden with barbecue available provides a pleasant space, partly paved and partly green, where you can spend time in company and sheltered from any noise; the living room has a French sofa bed; a laundry room with ironing board and iron always ready will allow you to participate in work commitments or elegant evenings always in perfect order, the kitchen is also equipped with a classic electric oven and a microwave oven in addition to the obvious refrigerator; there is also an excellent Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer and towels for all guests.

Very clean and comfortable home. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of restaurants in the area, parking is on the street which we were worried may be tricky but we were able to find something in the free parking area. (Some spots are paid parking.) transit was a short walk. As well as a grocery store.
There’s a Washer which was a bonus for us. No dryer but owners provide a drying rack. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment
In many ways, this was a perfect apartment for a week in Rome.
The apartment: very comfortable, with outdoor space as large as the apartment itself. With all the windows open, there was a constant breeze every day. A great place to sleep in and eat a leisurely breakfast before hitting the city.
The location: It’s within 5-10 minutes of bus stops that will take you all around Rome; 15 minutes from the Metro; and a 20 minute walk from the colosseum. And there are some fantastic restaurants in the area - some of the best eating we experienced during our week in Rome.
The host: very generous and very kind.
All-in-all a great experience. I hope to return one day for another stay.

A beautiful apartment close to San Giovanni with a gorgeous garden! Shops and busses close by- 10 minutes walk to the metro.
The whole apartment is in perfect condition and the hosts are wonderful.
Will recommend to all my friends who are planing a trip to Roma

Parfait
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre appartement ! Très très propre, agréable, tout le confort nécessaire pour être bien (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, clim, terrasse, jardin...) tout fait avec goût, moderne ! De plus il a un emplacement parfait ! 15mn à pied du colisee et 5mn du bus pour aller en centre ville ! Je le recommande fortement ! Merci à Patrizia et Bruno pour leur attention et gentillesse !

"Versteckter Garten" Ort der Entspannung im lebendigen Rom
"Versteckter Garten" so lautet die Klingelaufschrift für die Ferienunterkunft von Bruno und Patricia - ein Versprechen, dass zu 100 % eingelöst wird. Schön gestaltet hat sich unser Morgen und Abend dort abgespielt und hat uns für das Erkunden von Rom gestärkt. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und war trotz der herrschenden Sommerhitze immer angenehm kühl. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der Lateranbasilika und der Metrostation St. Giovanni, perfekt um öffentlich zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren. Wir sind aber auch mehrmals abends zurück gelaufen um die Atmosphäre von Rom bei Nacht zu genießen. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Bars in der Nähe. Bruno und Patricia sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und wir hoffen sehr, einmal wieder dort wohnen zu können!
