Bright panoramic apartment on the second floor of a small building directly on the beach of Torvajanica. The apartment has a long balcony (the rooms that go out to the front have a wonderful view over the beach, whereas the other rooms have a partial side sea view). The apartment consists of: Entrance, living room with fireplace, two single sofa beds and French door to the balcony overlooking the beach, kitchen with French door to the balcony (view of the street), double bedroom (window with sea view), bedroom with double sofa bed and French door to the balcony with sea view, bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower. Direct access to the beach from the house (private gate). External shared shower. Thanks to its convenient location, this apartment offers a vacation in the sign of relaxation; however, at the same time, stores of all kinds and pubs are within easy walking distance, as the apartment is located in the center of Torvajanica. On the beach promenade you will find cafes and restaurants, boat rental, sailing and kitesurfing school and nearby a children's playground. Ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the sea and excellent starting point for visiting the eternal city of Rome (28 km) with its countless art treasures and sights. 1 km away a large water park. 16 km away the ancient Roman city of Ostia, 25 km the airport of Fiumicino, 33 km the airport of Ciampino. Grand appartement, propre bien décoré avec une vue panoramique (écran de cinema) sur la méditerranée.Pour toute demande Lorendana est disponible et vous facilitera le sejourRestaurants et alimentation en bas de la résidence.Population locale adorable. Pour se déplacer jusqu'à Rome privilégier la voiture et se garer parking Aurelia je n'ai vu aucun souci !!! Sinon à 50 metres de l'appartement un arret de bus Costral.Si vous avez la possibilité à visiter Ostia Antica
