Large renovated 3 Brm Queenslander set high on the hill overlooking Rodds Harbour & Turkey Beach. Room to spread out on private Northern & Eastern verandah accessed through french doors, or settle at the bar overlooking the water on the 80m2 communal deck with Ice Machine, Dbl Glass Door Drinks Fridge, huge 6 burner BBQ, fully self contained kitchen, bathroom & toilet, own Hot Water System, laundry, large lounge and dining rooms and adjoining sunroom. All situated on 5 acres with lovely sea breezes.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
