We spent a week in February at Sail Away. There was two of us. This was our first time using Vrbo. We did had a problem with the Vrbo app not working on an android phone to get the door lock code. The owner did a outstanding job to solve a water problem. Because of extremely low temperatures the water pipe froze giving us no water. The owner respond was outstanding. They got a plumber to come out on Super Bowl Sunday who did confirm the pipes were frozen and with freezing temperatures there was not much can be done. The owner then offer to move us to a different unit at their expense that had running water, which we declined. The next day (Monday) they had a plumber come out who was able to thaw the pipe out to provide us with running water. The unit has a great view of the Ocean. It was clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well stock except for a tea kettle and serving dishes. Paper towels, dish cloth, a couple of dishwasher pods and laundry pods were provided. The King and Queen beds were made. The Queen bed is pushed up against the wall requiring the person on the inside crawling over the person. The TV does not have local channels with the major networks. Fortunately, I have a YouTube TV account that I use during the stay. Would I stay again? Just two of us, yes. If four of use not sure because of the layout of the 2nd bedroom where people need to crawl over each other to get in bed.
