HOUSE RULESโ
๐ Must be 24yrs old to rent.
๐ Guests must E-sign our rental agreement and submit a 1000$ security hold that will be released upon checkout.
๐ MAX Occupancy of 14 guests. No Unregistered guests allowed. Any guests over 14 are subject to cancellation of reservation.
๐ No Pets allowed without prior authorization. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $1,000 and subject to immediate eviction.
๐ No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a 750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Smoking outside is allowed, but must be cleaned up. Any debris will charge 50$ for additional cleaning.
๐ No parties permitted. Hosting a party with unregistered guests will result in a charge of $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and immediate eviction.
๐ Parking: Max of 6 cars allowed on the property. No Street parking allowed.
๐ Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
๐ Please refrain from placing wet towels or clothing on the furniture.
๐ Keep external doors and sliders closed while the AC is running. Leaving them open can cause the units to freeze and shut down. Repairing AC units during summer can take a week or more, so we want to ensure you have uninterrupted AC during your stay.
๐ Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet.
๐ Do not dispose of food or waste in the kitchen sink drain.
๐ Makeup must not be removed using the towels provided. Makeup remover wipes are available for this purpose. Any towels stained by makeup will incur a charge of $35.00 per towel.

POOL RULESโ
๐ Keep glass away from the pool area. We charge $1,000 for draining the pool and cleaning up broken glass, so please be careful.
๐ No diving allowed.
๐ Swim at your own risk.
๐ Pool heating is available for an additional $600 per week. Please notify us at least 3 days before your arrival if you'd like to use this service.
๐ A pool technician will visit the property to service the pool midway through each stay.

HOT TUB RULES โ
๐ No glass near the hot tub area.
๐ No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
๐ Use the hot tub at your own risk.
๐ Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
๐ Shower before entering the hot tub.
๐ Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
๐ Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
๐ Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
๐ No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
๐ Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
๐ Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
๐ Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.
