Great location, cozy and clean

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for three days in July. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. There are hiking trails right behind the house. We hiked on those trails everyday. There is a state park just up the road. Right past the state park is a restaurant called the Lobster Pool where we watched the sunset one night. It is also just a few minutes to the beaches and shops in town and a short drive to Gloucester. Although this is an apartment, it was so quiet and felt very private. The bed and furniture were comfortable. There is a full kitchen. We cooked breakfast every my morning. We could have easily cooked more as there were plenty of pots and pans, etc.I met the owner when we checked in. He was very helpful in telling me about beaches, hiking, restaurants and other things to do.

Excellent accommodations. Walking distance to Halibut Point. Well equipped kitchen. Tips for those staying there: there's no AC, use the living room fan plus the fan over the stove to cool the space. If you're allergic to feathers, find the non-allergenic bedding and living room pillows. All good!
