The place desperately needs a renovation. Rooms are reasonably clean but the halls smell funny and there were weeds growing on our balcony. The price was right and it is centrally located in Rockland. The staff was friendly and tried to help.
The room itself was nice. Easy check in. Clean, comfortable bed. However, we came in on a Friday night Sept.23. The adjoining Inn is problematic, a staff told us they are having issues with ppl that aren’t staying there hanging around the inn, uninvited guests in the halls. There is a shared parking lot. Loud at night. Granted it was a Friday night, cars racing in the street below our room, people yelling and drunk at 2:00 am. It wasn’t a touristy vibe, but felt pretty sketchy…. Didn’t feel safe wandering at 8:00 at night looking for a beer.

So you were not happy with the property. We have addressed the weeds on the balcony and the property will be undergoing renovations in 2024.
