Welcome to By the Bay! This brand-new apartment has the Caribbean in its back yard.

Just completed in March of 2025, By the Bay features a sunny bedroom with a king bed and a full bath with a walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen, finished in granite and stainless steel, is equipped with a gas range and oven, a microwave, and a full-size refrigerator.

The open concept plan includes a dining area that seats 4 and a living area with a flat screen TV and a sofa that opens up into a queen-size bed.

Amenities include AC throughout, washer/dryer, superfast Starlink WIFI, back up water system, and direct access to the sea.

By the Bay is conveniently located a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the Rock Sound supermarket and other stores in Rock Sound. The famous Rock Sound Ocean Hole and beautiful beaches are a few minutes away by car.
