My wife booked our room in July for our stay on Dec 5, 2025 and booked a premium king ocean view and we prepaid. We got to the hotel and checked in and went to our room and was shocked to have 2 double beds? My wife called the front desk for an explanation and the lady said that a king room was not guaranteed? And all king rooms were booked. I went to talk to them and it appeared from the discussion which I could not understand was they made a mistake a gave someone else our room. They tried to offer us a different room with a king but not a premium room. I asked them how many king rooms were booked after July and why our room was not reserved with the prepayment but not much of an answer other than put some blame on Expedia and offered me a drink at the bar.

Really lovely, helpful staff especially front desk. Big clean room with ocean view. Great location for amenities in Road Town within the busy main Road - near restaurants, ATMS, mobile phone shops and 10 minutes walk from cruise pier, and also from Village Cay marina.

I have two major complaints. First, the we booked a room with a king sized bed. When we arrived, they put us in a room with two full size beds. When I pointed this out, they said that the booking was "conditioned on availability." They said there was a room available with a king size bed but it had the ocean view so we'd have to pay extra for it. So they upcharged is. Also, we had essentially no hot water in our room. Even after 15 minutes, the water in the shower was only luke-warm
