The worst hotel I have ever stayed

Worst hotel ever. No housekeeping until you ask for it everyday. No buffet breakfast, in fact there is no menu, they have set breakfast which they give you everyday. Same thing everyday. No coffee. Terrible bed and mattress quality.

Great exceptional hotel, and great hospitality

The hotel is exceptional and perfect. Great hospitality from the moment you check in until you check out. Rooms are very cleaned and well furnished. I would strongly recommend this hotel to any visitor to Riyadh, and would indeed consider it again for any future visits

An excellent stay

Amazing service, very comfortable room and helpful staff. I was very comfortable and would happily return when I am next in Riyadh. The gym and pool looked good but I didn’t have time to use them.

Had a room on the ground floor. Spacious but directly next to the swimming pool, which means impossible to open the windows during my 4-night stay. Restaurant was closed so you have to take breakfast in your room or in the lobby uncomfortably without proper seated tables
