Lovely setting and walk round lake

Lovely place quiet setting at the manor Check in at the main hotel and signage clear as previous reviews said this was an issue but seemed easy to check in friendly staff Tea coffee juice and fruit in the reception area with relapse sting patio area if warm. Room comfortable and large with good size bathroom Could do with a redecorate as looked bit tired around the window frames and ledges Housekeeping was an issue on check in as the only 2 rooms serviceable were ours and another as the hallway to rest of the building littered with bedding crockery glasses till 6pm

Would love to come back again!

Everything was perfect! Professional service, lovely people - at the restaurant, chambermaids, at the reception. Very good located - close to the railway station (5 min walk), close to restaurants around the lake, very clean. Good that they provided snacks and fruits as well - comfortable after the long working day to have some. I had a room #7, it was good with big windows and window at the bathroom, though next time I'd ask for #4 - it has balcony with the lake view! # 5 is smaller than # 4 and 7.

Mon beau manoir

A choisir entre l'hotel du chateau et le manoir, je préfère le manoir, style "old school" avec des chambres spacieuses. J'apprécie le calme. Cela donne l'impression de remonter le temps. C'est mon cinquièmes sejour en un an.

Beautiful surroundings

Very nice hotel close to a small lake, short walk to train station to easy take you to e.g. Brussels. Bed madrass was a bit hard. Great breakfast. Very nice staff.

Un peu déçus

Un peu déçue, la description du lieu ne mentionne pas que la réception est au château et non directement au manoir, cela oblige les clients à d’incessants va-et-vient. En effet, pour le petit déjeuner, il faut aller à pied ou en voiture au château pour en profiter dans la salle de restaurant Nous avions demandé un surclassement pour la chambre, à l’arrivée nous avons hérité d’une chambre joliment décorée mais vieillissante, à rénover rapidement Baignoire à remplacer par une douche pour plus de sécurité, literie fatiguée… Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, le cadre est incroyable, le petit déjeuner est copieux et tellement diversifié
