Ideally located equidistant from the Vendée beaches, the Poitevin Marsh and Puy du Fou, the house is situated in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park WITH A POOL, in the midst of nature, with no overlooking neighbors.

•1 bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and its connected bathroom

•1 master suite with king-size bed (180x200), large walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower and bathtub



The Exterior

The magic also works outside. The 2-hectare wooded park invites relaxation. Accessible from several rooms of the house, it is on the large terrace that we gather: garden furniture, barbecue... And the highlight: the 12 5 m pool (secured by a rolling shutter I heated as an option).

Arrival: Late afternoon to be specified with the concierge

Departure: Between 8am and 10am (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty the trash, unmake the beds, wash and put away dishes, leave the house relatively clean.

Linens: Sheets towels included!

Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
