Located in the Bas-Bocage Vendéen, near the Chaos de Piquet -one of the prettiest corners of the Yon Valley-, this residence is located equidistant between the Vendée beaches, the Marais Poitevin and the Puy du Fou.

Located in a 2-hectare wooded park, surrounded by nature, come and stay in this contemporary villa, classified 5*, with a large terrace overlooking a very beautiful 12m x 5m swimming pool (heated as an option).

Its top-of-the-range services will allow you to have a pleasant stay.

This house includes:

- a large living room / living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The large bay windows offer a breathtaking view of the outside.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with many accessible channels (Netflix available).

A wood stove for the cooler season is at your disposal.

- 2 sleeping areas at each end of the house:

* The first space is composed of:

- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160*200),
- a bedroom with twin beds (90*200)
- a children's room with a cabin bed in 90 bunk mode (be careful, the top bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old).
- a bathroom and a separate toilet.

* The second space is composed

- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160*200) with its connecting bathroom
- a master suite with a king-size bed (180*200) with a beautiful dressing room and a private bathroom with shower and bathtub.

- The large terrace, accessible from many rooms in the house, will allow you to enjoy the garden furniture, the barbecue and the swimming pool (swimming pool with roller shutter).

In the basement of the house, you have an accessible garage to park your vehicle there as well as the lingerie (large freezer, washing machine and dryer).

Séjour dans le bocage vendéen

Superbe séjour dans cette belle Villa et son parc remarquable. La piscine est géniale et les enfants en ont bien profité. Un vrai bol d air pur à la campagne dans cette maison tout confort sans oublier une escapade aux Sables d Olonne pour la Vendée Va'a à trente minute à peine. Je recommande vivement cette belle location dans laquelle nous avons passé un trés bon moment.
