Não indico para ninguém, horrível.

O quarto tem mais de 50 anos eu acho, péssimo, cheiro ruim, banheiro muito antigo, as fotos não mostram o hotel, levei outro casal junto e o quarto deles era do mesmo nível inclusive nós dois tivemos que trocar de quarto. Não indico para ninguém.

Recepção muito boa. Atendimento quase pessoal. Restaurante e café com opções muito boas. Almoço executivo bem preparado. O que mais gostei foi o restaurante à noite com parrilla típica uruguaia com tangos de Gardel (uruguaio) e Le Pera (brasileiro), além de outros. Muito bem cantados e com criativa solução de acompanhamento musical eletrônico e linda performance de bailarinos inclusivos.

Hotel cómodo, cerca de todo, habitaciones limpias, muy buen desayuno, personal amable. Los baños están un poco viejos, necesitarían una remodelación, pero nada que impida un buen descanso, en Rivera es una muy buena opción a un precio accesible.

Melhor procurar outro local.

Nada demais, a foto do anúncio definitivamente não representava o hotel. Quarto antigo, com acabamento péssimo, banheiro era encardido. Hotel que poderia ser bom se fosse mais bem cuidado. Acredito que existem opções melhores pelo valor que foi pago. Definitivamente não recomendo.

Cidade de fronteira, café da manhã bom, atendimento ótimo, só quem está acostumado com lugares limpos vai estranhar um pouco, não que seja um absurdo de sujo, mas o prédio é velho e um pouco sujo.

Localização excelente, ao redor dos principais free shops do lado uruguaio. Bom café da manhã. Quarto adequado para uma ou duas noites. Atendimento cordial e ágil. Banheiro e portas dos quartos poderiam receber uma pequena reforma. Estacionamento bem localizado na frente do hotel, fechado, mas sem cobertura. No geral, muito bom hotel para viagem de compras.

Deben y pueden mejorar las instalaciones.

La limpieza es óptima, la atención del personal es excelente. Las habitaciones no son de buena calidad, principalmente el baño. El estacionamiento está afuera del hotel y hay que bajarse del auto y cruzar para pedir que lo abran.

la experiencia no fue buena, hicimos reserva de una habitacion con cama de matrimonio, nos dieron una habitacion con camas separadas, pedimos el cambio, se hizo, pero la habitacion nueva sin bidet, sin toallas para el baño (las pedimos y las trajeron), mal presentada la habitación, las cortinas sucias, en fin decepcionante ese servicio.
