Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Betreuung

der Gardasee ist der perfekte Ort für unsere Aktivitäten. Windsurfen...Motorrad fahren.....Radfahren. Es ist nicht einfach in der Region die dafür passende Wohnung zu finden. Diesmal war es perfekt. Großzügig geschnitten. Sauber und relativ neuwertig. Stellplatz im Hof und sogar eine Tiefgarage wo Anhänger...Motorräder...Fahrräder rein durften. Die Vermieterin Laura ist meeeeeega nett und ihre Urlaubsvertretung Federica ebenfalls. Wir kommen wieder....ganz sicher!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung etwas abseits des großen Trubels. Sehr netter Empfang und Check In. Schöner Blick vom Balkon. Mit dem Rad ist man in knapp 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Küche und Wohnbereich sind weiß gefliest, was eher wenig Charme hat, im Hochsommer aber bestimmt nützlich ist. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Garten

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Ein Parkplatz und eine Garage sind vorhanden. Eine ruhige Lage und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt. In der Nähe gab es ein tolles Restaurant Colombera oder ähnlich. Im September gibt's leckere Feigen direkt vom Baum. Eine freundliche Besitzerin.

Ideal für Familien - tolles Haus mit schönen Wohnungen und Garten!!

Wir hatten für 2 Wochen die Wohnung im 1. Stock des Hauses; unsere Freunde wohnten zeitgleich in der EG-Wohnung. Wir waren insg. 4 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern im Alter von 5, 8, 9 und 11. Beide Wohnungen waren fast nahezu identisch ausgestattet: Große, bequeme Schlafcouch für die Kinder, Küchenzeile mit Grundausstattung (große Teller, kleine Teller, tiefe Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Induktions-Kochfeld, Töpfe/Pfannen, Mokka-Bereiter), Esstisch mit Stühlen, TV (KEIN deutsches Programm), WLAN, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Dusche, WC, Bidet, Waschbecken, Fön, Wäscheständer, Schlafzimmer mit Bett (140 cm x 200 cm), Kleiderschrank. Bettwäsche ist da - Handtücher sind selbst mitzubringen. Es gibt im Haus auch einen Staubsauger und im Garten einen Holzkohlegrill. Auf der Terrasse im EG und auf dem Balkon im 1. Stock stehen Gartenmöbel. Man parkt auf dem Grundstück und das Tor ist absperrbar. Pro Wohnung können 2 Erwachsenen-Fahrräder gegen Kaution gemietet werden (im kleinen Geschäft in der Nähe kann man Brötchen holen). Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig - man ist jedoch sehr schnell am See oder beim nächsten Supermarkt. Die Vermieterin Laura spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist supernett. Sie gibt gute Tipps und hilft bei Bedarf und Anliegen sehr freundlich und schnell weiter!! FAZIT: Absolute Weiterempfehlung!! Ideale Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern - tolle Urlaubsregion!! Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder - und dann wieder sehr gerne zu Laura!!

Eldorado für Rennradfahrer

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön idyllisch zwischen den Bergen etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad von Gardasee entfernt. Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind deutlich größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Die Waschmaschine ist perfekt, sodass man seine Sportkleidung gleich waschen kann. Die Garage extra für die Räder ist außerdem super und parken konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus unter einem Feigenbaum. Laura war am Tag unserer Anreise vor Ort und extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und uns auch Tips zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen gegeben. Die zwei Balkone sind toll zum draußen essen oder auch zum sich Sonnen. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist ein Sportplatz bzw. Kinderspielplatz. Also auch sicher super für Familien mit Kindern. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Relativ nah am See ohne den Trubel

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und besteht aus 2 Zimmern: Einer großen Wohnküche mit zwei Balkonen und einem recht geräumigen Schlafzimmer. Eine Couch im Wohnbereich kann zu einem Doppelbett umfunktioniert werden. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden, alles sehr neu und gepflegt. Aus dem Wohnbereich führen nach West und Ost jeweils ein Balkon, beide recht groß. Man hat einen Blick in den Garten und auf ein Kloster. Die Gegend ist ruhig und grün. Die Küche ist ganz ordentlich eingerichtet, Warmwasser und Heizung funktionieren über eine Gastherme in der Wohnung. Der Durchlauferhitzer machte uns hier und da Probleme beim Abwaschen, Duschen war dagegen kein Problem. Man kann gemütlich zum See laufen, was etwa 15-20min dauert. Aber der Weg ist eigentlich recht schön, ein Fußgängerweg bzw. durch Wohnviertel. Dort gibt es dann auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ähnliches. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist supernett, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einziger Wermuthstropfen ist, dass die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist. Wenn Stühle gerückt werden oder im Haus jemand duscht, hört man das.

Schöne Wohung, tolle Lage, wundervolle Gastgeber!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin hat uns spontan dort übernachten lassen und uns sogar schon um 5 Uhr morgens reingelassen (bzw. den Schlüssel für uns deponiert). Sie sorgte sehr für unser Wohlbefinden und war immer da, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, und auch die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht. Da wir zum klettern da waren, war es für uns auch wichtig, dass die Klettergebiete mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen waren. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in der ersten Etage eines Hauses mit Garten. Wir haben nachts besser geschlafen als zuhause. ;) Insgesamt würde ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!! :)

Schöne Modern eingerichtetes, geräumiges Appartament.

Gute Lage und schöner Balkon. Nette Vermieterin. Mit den Rädern ist das Zentrum von Riva in ca. 15 Min gut zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten. Praktisch war auch die Waschmaschine.

Prima verblijf in uitstekende accomodatie

Uitstekend verblijf. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Het is er rustig, appartement was keurig en schoon, gastvrouw Laura uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De gratis fietsen zijn ook prima en gezien de afstand tot het centrum (1 km), uiterst handig.

Immer wieder gerne

Sieben Tage Gardasse. Sieben Tage eine super Ferienwohnung. Zu viert waren, und sind es immer noch, sehr begeistert von unserer Ferienwohnung in Riva del Garda. Ein sehr großer und geräumiger Wohnbereich. Eine große Küche. Geräumiges Schlaf und Badezimmer. Und vor allem zwei Balkone mit Sonnenliegen und Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch für vier Personen, sowie ein schöner Holzkohle Grill. Zudem ist alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Gegend. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 15 Minuten zum Strand und ca. 25/30 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Wem das zu lange dauert der kann sich an den bereitgestellten vier Fahrrädern erfreuen. 15 Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen großen Parkplatz fürs Auto. Zu guter letzt sind noch die netten Vermieter zu erwähnen, welche bei Fragen und Anliegen jeder Zeit zur Seite standen. Immer wieder gerne - Vier Musikstudenten aus Stuttgart.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

Wir waren das erste mal am Gardasee und waren am Anfang von den Menschenmengen etwas geschockt. Doch hier in dieser Ferienwohnung, nur wenige Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt , kann man wirklich Ruhe genießen. Super sauber und super Vermieterin!!! Unser Tipp, ein paar Kilometer in die Berge und man findet den Lago di Tenno. Super See ,der zum baden einlädt und nicht so überlaufen ist. So hatten wir wunderschöne Tage!!! Danke an unsere Vermieterin Laura.
