Sobrevalorado. No tuve buena experiencia con el check-in (no habrĆ­an las claves). AdemĆ”s NO SABƍA QUE ERA TIPO ā€œAirbnbā€. NO ES HOTEL, No hay recepciĆ³n. Quedaron en llevar el desayuno y nunca lo llevaron y no avisaron hasta que les escribĆ­ porque tenĆ­amos que irnos y HASTA AHORA NO HAN REEMBOLSADO EL DINERO. El cuarto estĆ” muy bien pero NO volverĆ­a a rentar.

El cuarto muy moderno, cĆ³modo y bonito, La vista espectacular. Lo Ćŗnico es que se encuentra en el 5to piso, los escalones son muy altos y angostos, no hay elevador. Definitivamente se tiene que contratar el servicio de maletero, cuesta 5 euros por maleta pero es indispensable (Roberto el que presta el servicio fue muy atento y eficiente). Muy bonito lugar pero no es un lugar que recomendarĆ­a fĆ”cilmente para personas de edad mas avanzada. Las mejores fechas para visitar son en sept-oct, marzo-abril. A nosotros en nov ya nos tocĆ³ el clima frĆ­o y con mucho viento y lluvia.

The staff was not nice. They even called us and asked to take out our luggage when we have not even arrived to the property. We tried to explain that they must have the wrong number, but they continue being rude. They never warm people that there are very dangerous, dark and steep stairs to climb in order to arrive to the room. The stair lights do not work after the second floor. It took us around 20 mins to arrive to the room carrying our luggage. They should have warmed people of how dangerous is their property.

We received, upon arrival, a very different (inferior and less expensive) room than we reserved and paid for. We communicated this with the property manager promptly. Though they acknowledged the error, were unwilling to offer any accommodation, whatsoever. We learned that ā€œourā€ unit was occupied by another guest, despite the fact that weā€™d paid for it. We were ā€œallowed toā€ relocate our 2nd night (without assistance)- to another building, hauling our luggage down and up multiple, precarious flights of stairs to the correct unit. This unit was what weā€™d reserved and simply lacked a functional refrigerator. What a disappointing experience.

I stayed here with a couple friends and although the apartment is tiny without many kitchen amenities, we found it perfect for what we needed. We did struggle with finding the place however, the directions were as clear as they could be. There are a lot of steep stairs getting up to the apartment and itā€™s not very well lit. The apartment was right next to a pizza shop, gelato, and CafĆ© with many many restaurant and shopping opportunities. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk from the train. Everything was neat and clean, and the view was spectacular. Definitely not recommended for anyone with mobility issues as the apartment is on the fourth floor, and one of the bedrooms was a loft which required climbing up steep ladder. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Great view from the balcony on the 4th floor. Expect to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs, so definitely pack light. Not many things in the kitchen, so donā€™t expect to be cooking meals. Near lots of restaurants but make sure you reserve a table in advance.

Lots of steep stairs

The hotel has multiple different locations, and they dont tell you that, you have to look for the address that they send you in the morning. There are lots (like 8 floors) of steep stairs that you have to climb to get to the apartment, the lights for the stairs are on a timer and go off while you climb them if you're not fast. The owners/managers are quite rude, they sent aggressive messages that they later deleted. The hot tub does not get hot, at best it is luke warm. There were ants/bugs crawling on the floor when we were there. Otherwise its a nice suite.

The room itā€™s self itā€™s nice once you find the place. Itā€™s was difficult to find needs better directions thankfully the staff at the bar/resturant were helpful. The amount of stairs and how step the stairs were was a task to climb. The listing said o and offsite parking there is NOT on site parking one parking garage for the entire town we sat and waited over an hr for a spot to open up for 35 euro a day. Also said free bottle of wine which we did not get and there is not continental breakfast zero staff onsite itā€™s more like and Airbnb without a kitchen. AC worked great and overall room was nice just caught off guard from what the listing states it isnā€™t exactly what youā€™re getting.

The rental was amazing. It was clean, beautiful, and comfortable with everything one would need with a great view. It is quite a climb up to the top of the stairs that is not for the weak of heart. Directions to find and get into the rental were like a scavenger hunt but part of the fun. It is located right above a happening restaurant bar so the noise goes until 11 ish, but is also right above a happening restaurant bar so trip home is easy other than those stairs. they are serious if you are packing luggage.

Place is overpriced the name isnā€™t the same as google maps they contact you before check in and change the location also says itā€™s your fault you didnā€™t have a valid no but they should contact you way before not a few hrs before check in! And also my hotels.com has contact no it is also 6 floors up and steep with no elevator so luggage is a problem. The host of the place is just rude he is inconsiderate and confrontational we had intermittent hot water so showers were cold and the WiFi didnā€™t work at all even though he insisted it did! We didnā€™t have a balcony so had no very little views the pics online are deceiving. Also it is in the centre of town so itā€™s very noisy and not soundproofed Thought it was overpriced for the location and inconvenience of climbing up 6 floors to get to your room.

Sehr unfreundlicher und frecher Gastgeber. Zimmer an via giacomo mit balkon gebucht jedoch an einer ganz anderen Adresse neben Bahnhof ohne Balkon erhalten. Gastgeber hat nicht darauf reagiert und telefon abgehƤngt und uns gesagt wir sollten sofort rausgehen!! Noch nie so einen arroganten EigentĆ¼mer erlebt!

It was 4 floors up- no direction as far as assistance there were so many stairs and steep. Quite dangerous to get to apartment.
