Comfort Inn Green River National Park Area
4/5 Good
"The location is perfect for our plans, relatively close to both Arches and Goblin Valley, and we have been there before for a past trip. The breakfast was good each day. The staff was helpful each time we went to them with an issue. The problem was that there were multiple issues. The first room we were assigned smelled weird, kind of like cigarette smoke. The second room we were assigned smelled stuffy, but not as bad as the other, so we stayed there. Then there was a leak in the sink drain pipe, so water came out onto the floor each time we used it. We had to put a garbage bin below it and use a towel to clean up the puddle of water. They fixed it while we were gone the next day, but it's sad that it was even an issue. The air blower was loud each time the AC kicked on; the fan by itself was fine, but the AC made the whole room shake slightly. We had to put some toilet paper behind the picture frame on the wall to keep it from rattling. We could sleep after that, but it was still a bit of a rumbling each time the AC kicked in. And the hot chocolate machine was out of order, which my kid was looking forward to. Overall, the place felt more run-down than we remembered, and we felt, for the price, we wished we had chosen a different hotel."
