O quarto e o banheiro estavam um pouco sujos, as fronhas estavam puídas e o interruptor estava caído com os fios aparecendo. A recepção nos informou que as toalhas "estavam chegando" mas durante a diária que ficamos lá não tivemos toalha nenhuma, e perguntamos várias vezes. Foi suficiente para dormir e seguir viagem, mas só.

HORRÍVEL, merece o titulo de PULGUEIRO.

Horrível!! Nunca tive num hotel tão ruim. Atendimento péssimo, uma má vontade de atender, aspecto horrivel, quarto meio limpo, mas um cheiro de mofo. Sem falar no estacionamento horrivel, apertado e sem iluminação, ajuda ou qualquer orientação. Ou seja, UM VERDADEIRO PULGUEIRO.

Cheguei e no momento que fui falar na recepção percebi que tinha esquecido o celular no uber e estressei. O funcionário Leonardo, muito gentilmente me acalmou e do celular dele começou a ligar no meu até que o motorista atendeu o telefone e voltou para me entregar. Só essa gentileza já me fez olhar o hotel com bons olhos. As acomodações são boas, embora antigas, o que se percebe pelo piso e azulejos, mas para descansar é muito bom. O café da manhã e bom, embora simples e sem muitas variedades, mas o que tem é muito bem feito e gostoso. Recomendo sim, se vc quer passear e gastar pouco com serviço de qualidade, taí um bom hotel em Niterói.
