Perfect location but difficult communication

Good base for Rio. 10 min walk from Botofogo Metro and right next to Rue Volutraries Patria which is a very busy street with lots of shops, restaurants and buses. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Good WiFi connectivity within the room. The only drag is that the staff over the weekend knew next to no English. Check in was excruciatingly painful and we didn't know that we had breakfast included until Monday (last day of the stay) when staff who did speak English pointed this out to us.

Experiência bem abaixo das espectativas

Bem razoável, três hóspedes acomodados em um quarto com duas camas, tivemos que trocar de quarto, roupa de cama com manchas , sem televisão no quarto, wi-fi não funcionava no quarto e não houve limpeza diária, faltou coberto para um dos hóspedes. No meio da madrugada fomos acordados com um homem entrando no quarto , quando acordamos com a porta abrindo ele pediu desculpas e saiu, algo bastante constrangedor. O café da manhã bem básico, quase sem opções. Vale a pena pela localização.

O recepcionista era bem cordial, mas a acomodação era péssima, roupa de cama e banho manchadas e com cabelo, me fazendo duvidar até mesmo se estavam trocadas, travesseiros de péssima qualidade, pano do banheiro super encardido, janelas portas emperradas, café da manhã de baixa qualidade, o suco parecia de pozinho.. enfim.. nunca mais pretendo ficar no “hotel”

Reservei o hotel e na descrição dizia que teria café da manhã incluso e serviço de quarto. Não tive serviço de quarto e o café da manhã disseram que não poderia ter por conta da pandemia. Sendo que eu já me hospedei durante a pandemia e teve café. Uma opção seria também arrumarmos o lanche e comermos no quarto.

Bom custo benefício

Boa localização, atendentes atenciosos e educados, quarto limpo, produtos de higiene pessoal disponíveis em toda a estadia e café da manhã simples porém gostoso. Dos 6 dias que estive hospedada, em 3 ocasiões a água do chuveiro não esquentou de jeito algum e a internet do hotel não funcionou direito. Avaliando o custo benefício, achei que foi uma boa escolha me hospedar neste hotel. Em um eventual retorno ao RJ, provavelmente voltarei a me hospedar no Real Grandeza

Péssimo/exceto localização

Hotel péssimo, não recomendo. As fotos não condizem nem um pouco com a realidade. Os quartos são completamente diferentes. Cama ruim, chuveiro leva horas para esquentar, frigobar não funciona, televisão sem sinal por dias, e os funcionários sempre tem uma desculpa pronta para reclamações pontuais. A recepcionista da noite foi mal educada por causa de um travesseiro. Ainda reclamou na frente dos meus amigos que também iriam se hospedar. Itens de higiene? Esquece! A desculpa é a mesma: a camareira não se encontra. Até pra solicitar um travesseiro foi difícil porque a camareira colocou um travesseiro só para um casal. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Uber até Ipanema custa 10 reais. Só isso que compensa. O café da manhã foi ok, nada demais. Bem simples porém satisfatório. Uma coisa que me chamou a atenção: você tem obrigação de entregar as chaves fo quarto se for sair. Nunca vi isso na minha vida. Qualquer um pode entrar no seu quarto porque você não pode levar as chaves. Um absurdo. De resto, pode esquecer esse hotel. Não recomendo em nada.
