The staff went above and beyond. Carlos was the best!! So polite and very professional. He always had a smile on his face. Please give that young gentleman a raise or a promotion. Great guy! The breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices. The free chairs on the beach were a great perk too. The pool was clean and the food at the pool area was delicious. The whole staff in every department made you feel like royalty. The beds were comfortable and smelled very clean. My only negative review was the gym. It’s very small and doesn’t have a flat bench or heavy weights. We had to go buy a gym membership up the block. Not a big deal for many but wanted to share my input. The AC was worked great and they also have 24hr room service. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making this a memorable stay!

We arrived before noon from our early flight. Check in time was 15:00 but the excellent Raulo found us a room and had us checked in quickly, cheerfully and efficiently. The superior double was on floor 13 and we had an outstanding view over Copacabana. We didn’t use the roof top pool - it wasn’t exactly crystal clear! I wish I could remember the name of the young man (J——) who arranged our taxi to the cruise terminal. He’s a great advert for the hotel.

Extremely helpful staff, many people around to help. Room was clean and felt like a five star hotel with in room amenities. Rooftop was lovely with a nice pool, steam room, and food and drinks that were good and well priced. I would stay here again.

Location was PHENOMENAL!! Leandro bellman is a star. He takes such initiative and solves problems before they exist!!!! My friend and I were so impressed. Thiago at the front desk and another older gentleman so sorry I can’t recall his name. Luisa who decorated my friend’s room for her birthday was also great!!! I was so sad to leave! And the partial ocean view was FANTASTIC!!!!
