Bagage storage not free

The stay was fine, excellent breakfast with lot of choice. Only disappointment is being charged for luggage storage on the last day. I don't even know if it's hotel policy or just extra cash for the staff as there is no receipt, but either way I never had to pay to leave my luggage at reception after checkout ever before

Since this was a budget choice, I cannot complain too much, but there are several management flaws that need attention. Also, because I was traveling by car, the hotel's location was not a major factor for my daily commute. However, the overall experience was quite frustrating. Check-in was very slow, which is exhausting after a long trip. Inside the room, we struggled with a lack of luggage space to open our suitcases, and the room completely lacked towel racks. Another issue was the linens. While the sheets and towels were technically clean, they had a very unpleasant odor. Thankfully, the staff replaced them after we complained. Housekeeping threw away our used soap during the daily cleaning but not replenished it. Be aware that the hotel provides no amenities other than this basic soap. Lastly, there are no proper trash cans available on the guest floors. It works fine if you just need a cheap place to crash, but don't expect much comfort.

Apesar de ser um quarto econômico, pelo menos um frigobar deveria haver no quarto, penso também que o prédio precisa de uma reforma, parece meio desleixado, confesso que fiquei decepcionada, como não conhecia essa linha popular do Íbis, pois já me hospedei no Íbis, achei um pouco decadente, dessa forma digo que não gostei das acomodações

o quarto eh terrível, parece uma cela de presidio, apesar de nunca tenha entrado num presidio, banheiro estranho, a area da privada fechada separada do lavabo que fica na area do quarto e o box separado tbm, bem estranho , o chuveiro parece split de incêndio, tem uma boa queda de agua, porem muito estranho. nao tem frigobar no quarto, acredito que tenha esta informação na reserva, porem nao verifiquei antes. o bar no hall do hotel tem q pagar no momento da compra, fui pedir um lanche o forno estava com defeito, solicitei um copo descartável foi negado. reservei quarto para casal e em cima da cama tinha uma beliche. cafe da manha razoável, o cafe puro de garrava péssimo, a maquina de cafe 3 coraçoes estava com defeito, enfim, terrível experiencia , nao volto nunca mais e nao recomendo.
