Bonito mas não cumpre o oferecido

Podia ser bom, mas decepcionou!! Atendimento confuso, percebe que ninguém ali fez algum treinamento de hotelaria, em nenhum site de reservar o estabelecimento cita que de sexta e sábado há festa com volume alto até as 4AM. Ambiente é bonito, mesmo as fotos estando desatualizadas em todos os sites de reserva, café da manhã ok, quarto ok, ar condicionado funcionando mas não higienizado a algum tempo e a falta de papel higiênico é lamentável, desculpe, mas papel de guardanapo (pior que papel higiênico rosa) é melhor nem colocar, é mais fácil avisar os hóspedes que devem comprar papel higiênico, foi oque eu fiz. Infelizmente não ficaria hospedado de novo e não recomendaria. O lugar tinha tudo para ser bom, mas....

Bem localizado, ambiente bonito e atendimento bom no geral. Crítica que sirva como algo construtivo pra evitar a mesma reclamação de muitos hóspedes: respeitar os tímpanos não só dos clientes como dos funcionários. Ter festa de quinta a domingo ok, desde que não seja um som extremamente incômodo. felizmente isso me fez aprender a não fazer de cara reserva pra todos os dias num único local. No demais foi bom. Obrigada

De maneira geral, a estadia foi excelente. Somente a água do chuveiro poderia ser mais quente. De resto, o lugar é limpo, tranquilo e agradável. Realmente os quartos são invadidos pelo barulho dos bares da Lapa, mas isto é inevitável para quem deseja se hospedar nessa região.

O lugar é muito legal, arquitetura e decoração excelentes e o staff é muito atencioso. Entretanto, não espere dormir aos sábados e sextas-feiras, pois é impossível. Tem um clube na frente do hostel e o barulho é insuportável, fui fazer uma prova e não consegui dormir absolutamente nada do sábado para o domingo. No mais, o lugar é bem legal, fica no coração da Lapa e é perto de muitos bares e restaurantes. Para pessoas que estão indo ao Rio pela vida noturna e não pretendem dormir muito, o lugar é perfeito!

O administrador ou gerente não tem habilidade - ou qualificação - para solucionar questões relacionadas ao bem-estar do hóspede. O hostel não inspira segurança. Dá impressão que h[a algo estranho não aparente. Não recomendaria para quem quer que seja.

Bonito , mas precisa melhorar a estrutura!

O ambiente do hotel é otimo assim como o design. Q lugar apaixonante! Porém tenho frustrações que gostaria de destacar. O Café da manhã é muito fraco. Pensando que paguei o valor de uma diária até mais caro q outros hotéis da região, o serviço deixou muito a desejar. Outro ponto é a rede elétrica do quarto. Fiquei o apto para casal e a rede elétrica não tinha estabilidade para aguentar um secador de cabelos. Foi frustante além de atrasar meu horário. Um mesmo quarto com fases diferentes. Caiu a luz das tomadas e TV. E vi q o Frigobar tinha uma outra fase , e o ar em outra. Por fim , sequei o cabelo sentada ao lado do frigobar, oq foi lamentável!

Hostel decorado com muito bom gosto.A suíte que fiquei era grande e com uma excelente cama.Café da manhã simples ,mas saboroso.O único inconveniente é que fica em uma área cheia de bares à noite e por isso muito barulhento.Portas brancas já apresentavam marcas de mãos ,só pedir para a camareira limpar.

Extremamente Barulhento

Local extremamente barulhento durante toda a noite e madrugada, sendo quase praticamente impossível o descanso durante a noite. Local também não se mostrou muito seguro, pois ocorreu assalto durante a madrugada na frente do mesmo.
