We had a wonderful stay! We loved our room with the balcony facing the ocean. The bed was super cozy, amazing water pressure. The beach was perfect and the sunsets magical. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back someday!

There's no nightlife. They charged me a $300 hold even though the room was paid off. The restaurant is just a gazebo, and the room had several issues, like burnt-out light bulbs. There was a rusty screw on the floor that would cut you if you stepped on it. The hotel is nice, but there's nothing to do except the pool.

What a perfect location! Beach was nice as was the courtyard and pool area. We explored Rincon so sadly did not get to enjoy the amenities as much as I would have liked! We did not try the restaurants, but hope to on our next visit. Rooms were clean and the staff helpful

Staff was very friendly. Front desk rep, Sonia provided us with excellent customer service. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. Rooms have a beautiful views and very clean.

Great location with security guard/private entrance. The swim up bar was the best feature. Bartenders were awesome, fantastic drinks. Super clean property, comfortable bed, and complimentary shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. Private beach and chairs. Tons of local food and bars, just walk down the street or take a short drive downtown. Rental car is a must on this side of the island. Can’t wait to go back!

The room was not very clean the floors were cold and old plastic. We rented a kitchenette there was only 2 cheep butter knives and 2 forks 2 plates and 2 cups 1 roll of paper towels We asked for more they said they did not have any. No dish towels. Changed sheets and made bed once the day before we left. Cleaning staff were very helpful. Took us to our doom when we were lost when we got there and very friendly . Restaurant only opened certain days. Overall stay was nice . If asked for a rating I would have to say 2. When I booked through Expedia trying was a 5????. Be carful read reviews.

Room was well kept. Facilities are very pretty and tropical. Right on the beach and views in most rooms it seems. Pool food and beverage service is great. Breakfast restaurant was solid also. Overall a really great resort. Very central to all Rincon activities. As noted by some other reviewers the TV service is not great. No microwave in room only small fridge. No gym either but there’s a day pass gym a few minutes down the road. I would recommend this place if you’re not super picky or looking for crazy luxurious. It’s a solid choice overall.

Desk personal Marley was and her assistant were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist when I had inadvertentley locked my keys in the car. The at arranged for a local locksmith to come almost immediately and free me from this dilemma.. I praise them for the professionalism
