ok but have to Improve

The stay, in terms of cleanliness and the room as shown in the photos, was excellent. However, the fire alarm was sounding intermittently every second from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and no one showed up or called back, even though we left a message on the answering machine that played when we called. The television lost sound and, although it wasn’t the main priority, we were never able to hear anything from it. Constructively, I suggest there be better communication or clearer instructions in the room for these kinds of situations.

Some thoughts.

Hotel felt understaffed at all times. I was sold on it being a really lively place, but it was always quiet and empty. Staff was always just filling in for someone else. Lots of delicious food and drink options. The rooms and pool area were very nice. Some outdoor spaces felt unfinished however.

Food option was none because they never gave us tour of the place , and never told us about the services. There are no phone line services in the room. I think that very important. The first day i got there i felt going down the step. I believe that the steps need to have reflectors, so it can indicate the people going down the step. The cleaning service was great her last name was soto.

Great location! One minute walk from the beach! Great pool! Friendly staff! Overall, very beautiful…. However, there were some issues: 1. Very tight and small parking lot 2. No microwave or fridge in the room 3. Very difficult to calibrate the water temperature in the shower 4. Too many mosquitoes and flies 5. Children are not allowed in the pool because of the bar

Al llegar, no habia nadie en la recepcion. Se tuvo que esperar mucho tiempo por que llegara alguien que nos pudiera hacer el check in, hay muy poco personal disponible. Al llegar a la habitacion, la cerradura estaba dificil para entrar, la habitacion estaba limpia pero las camas son incomodas y duras. Si llamas a recepcion tampoco nadie responde.

Where is the help?

The only help in the entire hotel was two wonderful bartenders. The office was never open the entire time we were there. Cool place but you need to have an open office. Check in wasn’t easy. Once again thanks to the bartender she finally reached someone to help us out.

Clean property. We went during the week so we were practically the only ones there. Cleaning lady was the best, our room was always fresh when returning back from a long day. Coffee shop downstairs is good and people are very friendly. If you are planning on staying in the area they have a special event on Thursdays. They have a couple great restaurants next door and closer to shore that was awesome! If heading to PR would recommend you stay in different areas to ensure you see most the island. Everything is a At the least an 1-2 hours away. Definitely make it a day trip.

Buena propiedad, el cuarto muy limpio, se rompió la cerradura de la puerta y me quedé encerrado dentro del cuarto un tiempo, pero le staff resolvió la situación rápidamente, lo único es que después de las 9pm estás prácticamente solo en la propiedad y todo cierra temprano, buena suerte si puedes conseguir a alguien tienes una emergencia.
