This spacious home is situated in Rinchnach Bavaria, Germany. There are 4 bedrooms that can guests up to 8 people. It is the perfect accommodation for a holiday with friends or family. The house has a garden where you can enjoy the sun in the summer.

The village and the region offers many sports and leisure activities, such as hiking, horseback riding, biking, cross country skiing and much more. You can also make a trip to the former monastery example, the wildlife park, the Arbersee, the amusement park with go-kart track and the summer toboggan run. The center with several restaurants are all 500 m away from the house.

The nicely furnished cottage is fully equipped. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave and you can watch television in the living room. In the garden you can barbecue in the summer and from the balcony you have a nice view. The central heating is in place to keep home warm. Parking facility is also available.

Manche sachen konnte man nicht nutzen, da defekt oder nicht vorhanden. Großes haus für uns ausreichend. Sauberkeit und hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber sehr schöne Lage, unterkunft liegt zentral zu vielen Erlebnissen

Jammern auf hohem Niveau?

Schöne Lage, geräumiges Haus, sehr ruhig. Bitte mal die Beleuchtung ergänzen (fehlende Lampen im Wohnzimmer, Lampe mit Wackelkontakt? im Obergeschoss). Ein Lattenrost war total durchgelegen. Ein Bücherstapel unter der betreffenden Latte sorgte für Abhilfe....

Sehr schönes Haus

Auf Grund der vielen teils extrem schlechten Bewertungen hatte ich Bedenken bei dem Haus. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat gewechselt und die Agentur teilt es nicht mit. Das war zwar doof, aber am Haus hängt ein Hinweis. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und sehr groß. Auch im der 1. Etage befindet sich eine Toilette was nicht im Inserat steht. Der Garten wurde von einem Gärtner gepflegt. Also uns hat sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr geräumig, gemütlich, traumhafte Aussicht

Etwas verunsichert durch die vorhergehenden negativen Bewertungen sind wir angereist. Und ich möchte diese Bewertung nutzen, um unseren persönlichen Eindruck zu schildern: Es handelt sich um ein sehr geräumiges Haus. Die Zimmer sind hell und großzügig, alles mit warmen Holzmöbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles an Interieur geboten, was für Verpflegung & Kochen gebraucht wurde. Wir konnten Waschmaschine/Trockner/Akkusauger etc. nutzen, welche uns den Urlaub erleichtert haben. Wir fanden die Betten bezogen vor und ausreichend Handtücher/Spültücher. Das Haus war sauber. Natürlich lässt sich eine Spinnwebe nicht vermeiden, aber das sollte man übersehen können. Es ist kein Hotel, es ist ein typisch bayerisches Ferienhaus mit viel Naturmaterial. Was wirklich nicht mehr schön war, waren die Gartenmöbel. Sie waren sehr verwittert und nicht unbedingt stabil. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr eng. Insgesamt empfehlen wir das Haus mit der traumhaften Aussicht gern weiter. Wir waren jeden Tag aktiv, das Haus liegt zentral für allerlei Ausflüge.

Das Haus war dreckig und abgenutzt.

Das ist aber lange her. Das Geschirr müssten wir ers einmal abwschen vor der Nutzung. Einen Grundreinigung hat lange nicht stattgefunden unter dem Bett viel Staub und Haare. Ind den Bädern Haare von Vorgängern und silberfische im Untergrenze Bereich. Vieles abgenutzt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche ungepflegt und alt. Zuhause nutze ich sodass nur noch zum Auto waschen. Das Haus und die Lage ist nett, aber der pflegezustand rechtfertigt nicht den Preis. Hätte besser laufen können.

Leider nachgelassen

Voller Vorfreude sind wir in diesem Sommer zum 2. Mal in das Haus gefahren. Leider kein Vergleich zum Vorjahr, was die Sauberkeit angeht. Man hat direkt beim betreten bemerkt, dass nicht wirklich gereinigt war. Es lagen tote Mücken auf dem Boden, Dreck in den Ecken am Boden, Spinnweben an den Wänden. Der Oberhammer war, dass der Badmülleimer nicht geleert war. Am Abend der nächste Dämpfer, kein warmes Wasser. Hier wurde uns zwar schnell geholfen, allerdings konnten wir erst montags duschen (Anreise war samstags). Für das Warten auf den Handwerker wurden wir entschädigt. Trotzdem sehr ärgerlich. Ärgerlich waren auch die vielen Hinweise, welche im Haus verteilt hingen, welche uns darüber informierten, wie etwas gereinigt oder geleert werden soll. Das erfolgt doch über die Endreinigung..... Alles in allem ist das Haus echt toll. Sehr geräumig und vor allem gut bestückt. Leider nicht mehr besonders gut gepflegt.

Kurzurlaub

Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Wir hatten viel Platz für zwei Familien und es war auch alles sauber. Leider ist so einiges in die Jahre gekommen, was schön wäre, wenn man es besser behandelt und erhält. Ganz wichtig, wäre die Erneuerung/Verbesserung der Küchenausstattung. Für unseren Kurztrip war es soweit aber in Ordnung.

Sehr gut!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang! Sehr gute Location. Für unsere Familie mit 8 Personen war das Domizil das Optimum. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Der Grill ist allerdings kaum noch zu verwenden und das Terrassenmobiliar geht langsam aus den Fugen und müsste mal wieder restauriert werden. Das tut jedoch der Gesamtbewertung keinen Abbruch.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Sehr sympathisches Haus mit viel Flair. Dass das Haus schon etwas älter ist hat nicht gestört. Wir (6 Leute) haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Genug Platz für die Kinder. Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt und wir hatten auch gleich Kontakt mit super netten Nachbarn. Würde wieder kommen.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Küche hat alle erforderlichen Utensilien in ausreichender Anzahl. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Handtücher, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Grill, Bettwäsche, gepflegter Garten, zwei Parkplätze. Der Bäcker ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt!!
