This communal gîte is housed in a large, typical regional house. It includes another gîte on the property (reference G50) and boasts a 2,100 m² garden with a pleasant shaded area. Children can enjoy the shared amenities of both gîtes, such as a swing, a slide, and a sandpit. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the large living room by a counter, providing a welcoming and functional space. Upstairs, the gîte has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom and toilet complete the layout. For the comfort of families, a high chair and a baby bed are available. Bed linen, bath linen, and kitchen linen rentals, as well as a cleaning service, are available as optional extras. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Pets are welcome with a deposit. Wi-Fi is available in the gîte.
