"The staff was great. The room- looked “worn out”- tho appreciated the new laminate floor for the “dog owners” The hairdryer was “missing” but front desk got me one. The tub was quite “stained”,& the floor grout was very dirty/ discolored.. simple Non toxic treatments are out there. Bedside : the light fixture was not operating for the “outlets”& the switches were either worn or dirty. Sadly- even the Toilet paper holder was rusty and worn. And don’t understand the tiny “square “ pillows. Some were ok- others definitely worn out. Still appreciate the breakfast -and the well lit grounds for late night and early dog walks . I been in several different rooms over the last few years and trips- this was the “saddest”- but will try again in May, and perhaps some improvements …"

"The rooms are clean. There is a nice pool. The breakfast is delicious and wide variety of food."

"The hotel was at decent price, good location. The day staff at front counter was pleasant. That is the only staff member ever seen. The night staff member at front counter was less than friendly and use more training in customer relations. The breakfast in the morning was poorly presented. The giant milk container was empty, and I had to ask for it to be filled, there was not many guests so it was not a matter of running out in the middle of breakfast time, it was simply due to neglect. The yogurt machine barely produced any yogurt. The hot water container for hot tea was produced cold water. I am convinced that the coffee was not fresh daily. The neighboring rooms can be heard very easily through the walls. Upon arrival to our room on day 1, I noticed small modily hairs stuck to the wall in the shower.... UMMMMM GROSS!!!! The hotel definitely needs improvement."
