The check-in process was fairly disappointing upon being provided with a room it was obvious that the room had not been clean properly as the carpet was clearly unclean and the shelving and sidetables has visible dust present. So I went back to the reception and as for an alternate room which was provided however whilst the carpet in the new room was it in a better condition in the first in the room still wasn't to clean to a standard I would have expected.
I went down to the reception again and asked one of the receptionist and they told me somebody would be there later that day to clean the room. However, this never happened, so I ask them again later in the day and they informed me that someone would come around the next day which never happened. I had actually ask one of the cleaners on the floor to to see if they could also tidy the room which the lady did which i very much appreciated.
The single beds were smaller than the usual standard single whichbwas disappointing.
Whilst there was a reasonable variety of food on the menu none of the heated food served was hot which was disappointing, the scrambled egg tasted odd with somewhat of almost of plastic smell and taste to it.
Also in the elevators there images of a the breakfast which appear including items such as fried eggs and sausages, which aren't miniature frankfurters/hotdogs. However neither of these items were actually available.
Jacuzzi was sloghtly disappointing as the water was barely lukewarm.
