We had to wait two and half hours for workers to show up to let us into cabin! Key pad didn't work they sent 3 workers attempted to put batteries in it and it never ended up working right so we had to use keys in lock box the whole time we where there! Water heater was not on we had cold water for a few hours till we finally got it working! Coffee grounds all over silverware in drawer That is unacceptable! The cabins where very homey and welcoming but the outside presentation of the cabins were not very well taken care of there was windows that had been taken off the cabins that were just laying on the ground it made these beautiful cabins look junky and unattended unfortunately we wouldn't stay there again we spent some much time on phone with rent branson a couple of hours just trying to get in and enjoy our 24th valentines day together so it was super disappointing that we had some much problems just getting into our cabin! And nobody that we talked sounded like they knew what they where talking about that is seriously unprofessional They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience we dont expect perfection because that dont exist but there some things should never happen! This stay challenged us from the very beginning we paid for a extended checkout but we asked for it to be refunded and It didn't happen I believe that we also should be given a good discount on the room because this was not a good stay with all the trouble we had!
