Our stay was comfortable and check in was super smooth. The home is in need of repair, however. There’s a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms that the owner knew about but had not repaired. The back screened in porch is in a dangerous condition as the flooring is deteriorated and unstable. We did not bring our dogs, but the fencing/gate by the driveway has a huge gap under it that most dogs could easily get under.

A good time!

The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again

Vacation getaway

I originally set up this trip for a quality time for my daughter and I as a gift for the last week of Christmas break, others were originally to come but didn't show. Either way we had the best time, the entire house was perfect for even just us, relaxing to the entirety. The Host responded quickly when needed wasn't even 5 minutes. The neighborhood was so subtle and quiet, most definitely felt comfortable and safe. We both had the best sleep in a long time, the location it was near alot of our favorite places as well and for personal needs. Would most definitely book again, and a great price for so many days was a rare find with such a spacious home. Thank you for having us.

Cozy home away!

This home is lovely and the host is super responsive! My family (spouse 2 adult daughters) stayed here during a very cold week and quite an adjustment for us Floridians. This home is warm, cozy, with a well-stocked kitchen

My Stay at Timberline

The house is very cozy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. There are Roku TVs in the living room and bedroom. Nice backyard with a swing set if you have kids. There were bowls for pets in the downstairs closet.

Wonderful and cozy place fo a family!

This is such a cosy house! I adore the floor plan, the huge backyard, the front porch! I personally love hearing the far away trains passing by, definitely not an obnoxious sound just peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe! We were able to bake my 4 year olds cake and celebrate his birthday! It's right between richmond and Fort Lee/Fort Gregg-Adams so its a very minimal commute whicever direction. We qould definitely stay here again!

Location

To start with this property is not located in Colonial Heights, which is the reason I chose the property. Although it was relatively quiet this neighborhood is not known for the best of intentions. Linda was quick to address my concern when I let her know there were pet smells however, there was not time for that. I would not recommend this property unless much upgrades were made!

Great location for Richmond/Petersburg

Propety was nice. Very easy to find and convenient to 85,195 and I-95. Host went out of their way when we locked ourselves out and left something in the house. Would rent this place again

We were in the area for my son’s graduation from AIT school at Fort Gregg Adams. House was just as described in description! Very clean and accommodating. Easy check in and quiet neighborhood. Close to all restaurants would recommend this place.
