Charming house in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from St. Mary's Hospital, Libby and Grove shopping and restaurants, Willow Lawn shopping center, the VMFA, Country Club of Virginia, St. Catherine's and St. Christopher's Schools, less than 2 miles from the James River. Pet-friendly with a sunny and fully-fenced backyard and only a few blocks from Westwood Park. First floor bedroom and full bath and two more bedrooms and a second full bath upstairs. Lovely backyard terrace with fire pit and grill for leisurely afternoons or cocktails.

Just like home
Everything was fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our dog loved the backyard. The screened-in porch was also a great place to relax. Some rentals feel a bit sterile, but this one felt just like home. Thank you!

Wonderful Location For Exploring RVA
This classic Cape Cod is centrally located between West Broad Street and Monument Avenue in a quiet, charming neighborhood, allowing easy access to both the West End and Downtown.
There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and a working office.
The best part was the pet friendly fenced yard with new patio and fireplace.
Owner was wonderful to work with. Would stay again!
