Nestled In the quiet and serene Crescent Hills / Mansion Hills area is this 1930 Sears and Roebuck Cottage . Gardeners paradise picturesque backyard . The home with original wood floors features a wood burning fireplace , all updated electrical and granite countertops. Two sunrooms ; one on main floor and one on second level with a balcony . Private office or writers retreat off of master ( second floor ) or could be a single bedroom for a child .
