Great location at a great house
The house was great, exactly what we expected. Exactly as advertised. We hope to rent this house again as the location was perfect for the things we wanted to do.
It was extremely clean. Only additional items we would wish for would be a toaster and a large teapot ( there is a small 2 cup pot).

Wonderful 2 bed rood & 2 bath home with plenty of room to spend time with family cooking, eating & playing games. Nice quiet neighborhood conviently located near downtown Richmond and many other spots in the area.. Space to spend time inside or out enjoying vacation time. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Great bungalow and perfect location
I stayed at Three Chopt to be close to the University of Richmond's campus, the location was perfect (5 minute drive). The bungalow was extremely clean and cozy with an updated kitchen that had everything one would need to cook. I did not spend a lot if time on the screened back porch, but it was very nice and provided a relaxing place to read or take a nap. The bonus was an awesome master bathroom and a very attentive host who made sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
I will definitely stay at Three Chopt during my next trip to RVA!
