Air conditionning stopped working at 4:00. I didt call the reveption aince we were both awake. We left at 5:30. Will not go back. Small room but clean. Small fridge.

Loved it

We were only having an overnight stay and regret not staying longer. A lovely hotel with great staff and an impressive breakfast. Only comment is regarding airconditioning went off early hours of morning. Need to check at time of booking if this is permanent hotel policy. Other than that, 10 out of 10.

Very misleading!

Chose the hotel as it had pictures and even claimed on the site to have a private beach. Very misleading and my wife and I had to argue this to where the hotel finally gave us the coupon for the all inclusive beach, but we had to ask every day for this as the hotel had to pay for this. The breakfast "buffet" was the same food every day. I would give this hotel 2 stars at the most.....Hotel staff didn't make us feel welcome.....Bathroom didn't have a bath to give our little one a bath. Also, information given by staff is a bit outdated. We asked for a place to go and it closed 2 years ago. The whole beach thing left us a sour taste in our mouth and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bellissima esperienza in questo weekend lungo all'hotel Etna. Struttura ben pulita e recentemente restaurata in tutti i servivi essenziali e con intelligenza. Parcheggio gratuito. Zona tranquilla a 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Colazione "ottima e abbondante". Tralasciando la struttura, parole di elogio vanno al prezioso staff dell'albergo. Tutti, e dico tutti (dall'addetto alle colazioni, alla reception, al barman, al guardiano notturno....) i membri dello staff letteralmente, risplendono di una naturale gentilezza che ti mette a tuo agio in ogni momento. Una gentilezza non scontata e non ovvia.... Una cortesia reale e non di convenienza ma dettata da una spontanea PREDISPOSIZIONE AL CLIENTE. Mi sento di poterlo consigliare senza dubbi, noi torneremo senza alcuna incertezza. Ringraziamo Giancarlo e tutto il suo staff augurando prosperita' e le migliori soddisfazioni. Giovanni e Maria.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Etna dal 23/07 al 30/07. come lo scorso anno l'hotel ha sempre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. le camere sono confortevoli e pulite, la sua posizione in città è strategica e la sua cucina è davvero deliziosa. infine il personale è sempre cortese e gentile. da confermare ad ogni vacanza a riccione

Grazioso hotel vicino al mare

Grazioso hotel vicino al mare lontano dal caos di Viale Ceccarini, ma raggiungibile a piedi o con l'utilizzo delle bici che l'hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Hotel ben tenuto e pulito, anche la pulizia delle camere è buona. La colazione è abbondante sempre con magnifiche torte fresche e appena fatte. Anche la ristorazione è buona. Consigliato a famiglie.

merita qualche stella in più

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'ultima settimana di agosto 2015 L'Hotel si presenta molto bene: ottima posizione sia per il mare sia per le attrazioni circostanti. Lo staff è stato gentile e sempre molto disponibile. Le camere sono sempre pulite e la ristorazione è eccellente, molto saporita e sempre varia.

Hôtel très propre, déco jolie et actuelle. Personnel sympathique. Dommage qu'il a fallu changer de chambre après les 3 premières nuits (étant en vacances avec un bébé nous avions beaucoup à ranger). Autre bémol la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas de 8h à 13h (pas de longues matinées au lit...Sinon trop chaud!)
