Overall, we endured nine frustrating days here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor customer service, excessive noise, and disappointing amenities made for a very unpleasant stay. Look elsewhere if you want a decent experience.
We booked this hotel last minute because it was the only option available for nine consecutive nights. Initially, we were glad to see that breakfast was included and that there was a hot tub, but unfortunately, our stay was far from pleasant.
The biggest issue was the noise. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear every single person walking by, especially kids running up and down the halls at all hours. It started as early as 7 AM and continued well into the evening. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, nothing was done to address the issue.
Breakfast was another disappointment. While it’s advertised as running from 6 AM to 10 AM, the staff starts packing everything up by 9:15 AM. If you plan on having a late breakfast, don’t count on getting much.
We also attempted to do laundry using the guest machines, but we needed change. When we asked the assistant manager, Dwayne Johnson, how to get coins, his response was, “We are not a bank.” It was incredibly rude and unhelpful, especially since we’ve stayed at many hotels that offer currency exchange or at least provide change for their guests.
