Quarto era bem espaçoso e confortável. Mas tinha um cabelo grudado na parede do box no dia que chegamos. Outro ponto ruim é o aquecimento. O pessoal da limpeza deixou as janelas abertas todos os dias, então o quarto estava muito frio quando chegávamos no final do dia e o aquecimento é fraco, passei frio a noite. A equipe no geral é muito simpática, gentil e prestativa. Mas tive problema com comida. Tenho várias intolerâncias. No primeiro dia escrevi para a cozinha e entreguei na recepção conforme orientação deles tudo que eu podia comer. Coloquei vegetais mas só me serviram batata, nenhum outro vegetal. Fiquei 7 dias no hotel, no último dia não tinham proteína para me servir. Mesmo eu tendo informado que eu só comia frango, peixe e polvo trouxeram carne de veado, o que eu não como, aí me falaram que não tinham proteína nenhuma para me servir pois tinham fechado a cozinha. Detalhe, cheguei assim que abriu o restaurante e eles demoraram muito para trazer o prato. Estávamos num grupo e todos já tinham terminado de comer e eles nem tinham me trazido nada. Absurdo. E a pessoa da administração não gostou, fez cara feia e saiu andando. Fora isso, todos foram muito gentis, o pessoal da recepção é super solícito e simpático. Do restaurante também. Quero agradecer especialmente a Daniella pela atenção e preocupação com minhas intolerâncias, ela foi muito, mas muito gentil. Horário do jantar é bem restrito, entre 07:30 e 09:00h.

Rundum ein tolles Hotel, angefangen vom Zimmer, dem freundlichen Personal, bis hin zum tollen FrĂĽhstĂĽcksbuffet und sehr leckeres Abendessen. Den Abend kann man wunderbar an der Hotelbar ausklingen lassen oder sich in den gemĂĽtlichen Lobbybereich setzen. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist super und fĂĽr uns war es der rundum perfekte Aufenthalt, bei dem man sich wohlfĂĽhlt.
