Completed in 2021, this modern 3 floor townhouse has two master bedrooms with ensuite baths, a powder room, two great rooms with sliding doors to large balconies, and an oversized/deep garage. Many elegant high-end finishes have been added after purchase including stonework, built-in bookshelves, and auto solar blinds throughout. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters and island, and is well-stocked for a serious cook. Full-size new washer and dryer.
