In the heart of Rennes city centre, in a small, fully refurbished condominium on the ground floor, come and discover this charming T1Bis furnished and fully renovated apartment.

Blending old-world charm with modernity, the apartment is divided into three cleverly delineated sections to optimize all the apartment's spaces.
The living area is on the ground floor. A few steps down lead to a modern, functional kitchen, then to a shower room with toilet. Finally, a staircase leads to the sleeping area, designed as a mezzanine and glazed to maximize light.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
