Wir (2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Erwachsenen + 2 Kindern) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus Marianne. Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und durch das viele Holz sehr gemütlich. Für zwei Familien sind die Zimmer ausreichend groß und unsere Kids haben die tolle Eckbank in der Stube geliebt. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

Waren mit 4 Erwachsenen zum Wintersport. Gemütliches uriges Holzhaus. Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht Gut ausgestattete Küche. PKW- Unterstellplatz direkt am Haus. Fahrtzeit zum Skigebiet(Alpin) mit dem Auto ca. 15 min. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nicht Empfehlenswert

Ich fange mal mit den guten Sachen an. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Das Wasser im Bad ist schön warm. Das wars dann auch schon. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es ohne einen anständigen Willkommensgruß gleich jede Menge Vorschriften. Das ganze Haus war eiskalt. Nachdem wir die Heizkörper aufgedreht haben mussten wir feststellen, das es nicht möglich ist, das Haus warm zu bekommen. Die Dielen im OG knarren so laut, das alle wach sind wenn sich jemand bewegt.

Sehr ruhig gelegen (Auto erforderlich) mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer am Tisch für 4 - 6 Personen. Typische, rustikale Eckbank (ziemlich hart). Zwei Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock. Holzdielen im 1. Stock knarzen sehr, schwierig für Personen, mit leichtem Schlaf. Bett im hinteren Zimmer knarzt bei jeder Bewegung. Kein WLAN oder Empfang im Haus, aber vor dem Haus im Garten

Tradition und Ruhe

Das Bewohnen der mit viel Holz im Alpenstil gestalteten Haushälfte hat viele Annehmlichkeiten: von der ruhigen Halbhöhenlage über die Parkmöglichkeit fast direkt vor der Eingangstür und über den Brötchenservice durch die Vermieterin bis zum schönen Blick ins Grüne von dem um die ganze Wohnung herumlaufenden Balkon. Es gibt zwei WC's. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, die Küche und Bad praktisch, der Stube fehlt jedoch ein zum abendlichen Fernsehen geeigneter bequemer Sessel.

Absolute Ruhe, welch ein Luxus! !!

Umringt von Golfplätzen, aber spätestens Abends in absoluter Ruhe gelegen. Nur die knarrenden Holzböden könnte Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf wecken. Beste Gastronomie fußläufig erreichbar.

Wunderbare, ruhige Lage

Sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den wilden Kaiser, bequeme Betten und eine gemütliche Einrichtung. Das Haus ist ganz aus Holz gebaut und hat irgendwie ein ganz angenehmes Klima. Die Kücheneinrichtung war für eine Ferienwohnung wirklich in Ordnung. Wer gerne kocht, sollte aber seine Utensilien, die nicht ganz zur Grundausstattung gehören, selbst mitbringen. Vermisst haben wir beispielsweise ein paar zusätzliche Schneidebretter, scharfe Messer und ein Rührgerät. Die eine Pfanne, die es gab war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso der Backofen. Wer im Urlaub aber eh nicht so gerne kocht, findet hier definitv alles, was er braucht. Was sehr schön war: Die Küche ist recht groß und man kann dort auch zu mehreren kochen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine große Wiese um das Haus. Allerdings ohne Zaun - für die Erwachsenen ist es schöner so, aber man muss natürlich ein Auge auf die Kinder haben. Für Kinder, die gerade laufen lernen, oder schon krabbeln vielleicht nicht geeignet. Es gibt ja die Treppe zum ersten Stock und auch eine recht steile Kellertreppe. Ich schreibe so genau, weil ich mich immer über solche Bewertungen freue, wenn ich mit kleinen Kindern über eine Buchung entscheide und überlege, was ich mitnehmen muss. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und Ordentlich. Das Haus ist aus Holz welches demnach natürlich auch knarscht. Reit Im Winkel ist sehr zentral von allem was man erreichen möchte. Ein wahnsinnig schöner Ort welcher sehr idyllisch ist.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Reit im Winkl. Ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Auto in 4 Minuten im Ortskern. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Im Hofcafe bekommt man frische Milch, selbstgemachte Marmelade und leckeres selbstgemachtes Eis. BrötchenservIce ist auch möglich. Rund um den Ort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Tolle Premiumwege mit herrlichen Ausblicken.
