Loved staying in the little house, it was perfect for my husband and me. It was the perfect place to stay, everything was within walking distance. If we were to go back to Rehoboth, I would definitely try to stay at the same spot.

Enchanting Vacation

My daughter joined me for a week at this precious spot. We absolutely loved the house and the whole vibe of the place. Nestled in the garden behind a grand Rehoboth house, it is charming and cozy and tasteful, and clean. We easily walked back and forth to the beach, to the main strip of Rehoboth, and all around the quiet neighborhood streets. Most of all the hosts couldn't have made us feel more at home. We felt so lucky to meet and speak with them. One of our favorite times at the beach!

Sweet little cottage in an unbeatable location

We stayed here for a mini vacation (Thursday afternoon to Sunday) and it was a perfect choice. A quaint, 1930's traditional Rehoboth cottage in The Pines. The cottage is well appointed with everything you might need for a short stay. We typically cook the first night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The path to the ocean is just a 1/2 block away and you can easily walk downtown to visit shops and restaurants. We'll stay here again.

Great hidden gem

Traditional beach cottage style decor inside. Very clean and a beautiful screened in porch with fans. The plus is the beautifully renovated bathroom which was a lovely touch. They owners of the home definitely take pride in their rental. A lovely welcome basket was provided too.

Perfect getaway location

So sweet and vintage. Perfect location. Newly remodeled bathroom. Well stocked kitchen but I refused to cook one meal, what the heck, I'm on vacation! Owner was helpful and easily available.

We absolutely loved our stay at 9 Park. The cottage was well stocked and clean . The location is great. The owners even left us some goodies to enjoy. We’ll be back !!!

Cottage by the beach

The cottage was lovely. Neat and clean with enough supplies to make our stay wonderful. Loved the little basket of goodies that were waiting! The screened porch was such a bonus - we ate, worked (unfortunately), napped and enjoyed the peace and extra space. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. My husband loved the rain showerhead. Kitchen is a bit dated BUT had everything you needed to make a meal. Well appointed. The closeness to the beach was a huge bonus - short stroll with a good sized beach and life guards. The parking pass was included as well. Would love to go back again! Thank you!

Great location

Well stocked kitchen. Even thought it was small it had everything you could/would need. Screened porch was great! Location was great! Only issue is on of the new Mini Split AC units was not working ...a few minutes after we turned it on, it began leaking water all over the floor. Called Rental company and they said owner was aware and to use window units.....Someone would call us to come and fix it during our stay. No one called so we had to use the noisy window units the whole time and the living room was not that cool during our stay.

So Charming!

We had a great stay and a relaxing week. We could stroll down to the beach without worrying about having to get there early as its so close. The owners are amazing and so helpful; we'll definitely be back!
