Check in and out were simple. As others noted parking was tight but with a Telluride we had no problems getting in and out. Fantastic location. We had an issue with the coffee pot not working and they replaced it without question with a working one within hours. There’s no photos but there is a small washer and dryer in the condo as well.

VERY clean. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Comfortable beds and even the pull-out couch was ok. Kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, utensils, pots) were all that we needed and more. Off-street parking was fabulous. If Rehoboth is in our future vacation plans, we would choose this condo again. Improvements for other guests: We could find no cover for the pull-out couch. The beds had them, but nothing for the couch. Took us a few moments to figure out the TV arrangement with 3 remotes. Some instructions would be welcome.

The place was very clean. Great location. Plenty of space for me, hubby, and adult son. Well equipped kitchen. Could use a few more wine glasses. Parking for 2 cars which is nice. The parking is a bit tight. I’d keep in mind if you have a large vehicle.

Great location

This condo was clean with a great location. The parking garage was our only small hiccup as we have a larger SUV that had trouble fitting into tight parking. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Short walk to boardwalk, beach and Avenue

Short walk to boardwalk and Henlopen Inn for wedding we attended. Parking onsite was great. Older rental but looks like they renovated floors and some furniture. Only downside was no mirrors in bedroom and with one bathroom and 3 girls trying to get ready at the same time.

Great location, but cleanliness and checkout downsides

Great location and responsiveness of rental management team. Downsides were 9am checkout and no flexibility on that. Also, kitchen was not clean. There were dirty dishes and dirty cabinets and counters and refrigerator when we moved in. Irony was that they said we had to check out at 9 to give cleaning crew time. But place was not clean in many aspects.

Rehoboth with the family.

The apartment is nicer than then listing pictures suggest. It was a little loud with neighbors above and next to us. You could hear the people walking above. The location was good, very convenient to the beach and shops. Neighborhood seems safe.. Would recommend.
