The website pictures were very good, when we entered the home we were amazed how good it actually looked in person compared to the pictures.
When we used the sinks in the master Bath the left hand cold water faucet was leaking down into the cabinet, I called the office and within 20 minutes two maintenance men came and secured the leak but the faucet still had a drip, this was not a problem since the leak was stopped.
Later on that evening we wanted to use the Jacuzzi tub only to find out there was no hot water for the tub although the entire house had hot water, this was disturbing, having said that I must say that this home was exceptional in every way, it had all the conveniences you could want, Regardless of the above problems this property is still rated Five Stars, don't hesitate renting this home,
Hopefully on my next rental maybe they will give me some compensation

Very Spacious and Well-Decorated
Our family had a great stay at this very lovely property. It is well-decorated and fully-equipped with all you could need, also it is even larger than the pictures - which was a nice surprise. Loved that it was 1-floor with young kids, made life just a bit easier not to have to worry about stairs. The laundry and garage were nice to have as well.
The bus noise others mentioned is notable at night on certain days from the master bedroom - I'd just recommend bringing a white noise machine or turning on the bathroom fan to drown it out.
This is nitpicky - but I could have used an overview/welcome book about the rental with any recommendations or guides for the area, I've become accustomed to those at rental properties. I love those personal touches, but that felt missing here.
