Perfect Stay

The unit was just as pictured and described. Ben sent a welcome text prior to our arrival with what to expect and super detailed instructions on checkin.It was immaculate and extremely well stocked with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING we could possibly need. The location was central to most activities and dining, but, most important, the beach! We will highly recommend Ben’s place and will likely be back next year.

Great little rental

First of all, Ben is great. The condo is tiny, but it was perfect for my group. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. Dewey is one of my favorite beaches and this condo did not disappoint. From the common area outside, to the outdoor shower, and everything inside the condo, it certainly exceeded my expectations. The condo was clean, bedding was great, and the kitchen, although we didn't cook much was perfect. Thank you!

Great Getaway!

This was our second stay at the condo and it was just as easy, relaxing and convenient as the first. The location is ideal and Ben is helpful, communicates frequently and the place is as described/depicted. Will be back again soon!

Wonderful stay!!

My niece and I stayed at this location in February 2024. The place was perfect for our needs. It was super clean and Ben (the host), sent all the information we needed before checking in and checked on us during our stay. He was super helpful and nice! The condo is located midway between the ocean and the bay and was within walking distance of many restaurants. The condo appeared newly renovated and was perfect for two to four people. I would wholly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay, fantastic host!

Condo exceeded our expectations! It was very comfortable, clean, and so cute. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals including some staples like spices and oil. Beds were comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Convenient one block walk to the beach. Loved the extra amenities like beach chairs and paid umbrella service that were provided. Host Ben was amazing — communicated multiple times prior to our arrival and graciously accommodated an early check-in time. He messaged to make sure we had everything we needed and when we checked out, asked if we had any suggestions for improvements. You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay in Dewey!

My group of friends and I had a fantastic stay here! Everything was streamlined, from talking with Ben the day before to checking out on Sunday morning. Everything in the house was also labeled, so there was no guessing where things went.
