This third floor walk up at Captiva Sands is located in the Eagles Landing community which provide guests with access to three pool, tennis courts and a lush setting for biking, jogging or leisurely walks.

Enter into the beautifully appointed two story Living Room furnished with an custom oversized down and feather sofa and pillows, lounge chairs and pull up chairs and featuring a 55" Smart TV.

Adjacent to the Living Room a comfortable dining area features an old church pew and comfortable contemporary chairs perfect for a quick meal or leisurely dining.

For the chef, all the kitchen gadgets, cookware, glassware and service pieces are available for you to entertain in style in this dramatic kitchen.

Just off the kitchen and Living Room a wonderful cozy screened porch with a pond view and relaxing sound of the pond fountain. A fantastic setting for enjoying summer evenings!

The first floor also features a powder room, large bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding and furnishings and ample pillows and blankets. Each bedroom also includes it's own HD flat screen tv.

Home away from Home

Great place to stay in Rehoboth. For 5 of us it was very comfortably with more space if needed. Decor is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and it's a quick drive to the beach and into town. This is our second year renting this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Easy access to Dewey and Rehoboth Beaches with visits to family at Bethany Beach as well. Within 5-10 minutes of very good dining and shopping locations. Nice quiet neighborhood with clean and very functional accommodations for myself and my daughter's young family. Thanks!
